POLICY INFO...

I will usually need 4 to 5 weeks to complete your order in addition to shipping time. If you need your order by a particular date I will do my best to accommodate you, but please contact me before ordering to make sure I will be able to meet your deadline.

I understand the importance of following through with a promise to provide your order by a particular date, so you can have confidence in me that if I say I can do it, I will!

I will email you a photo of my progress for your input before completing the sculpt. If you have any suggestions for me to make to the sculpt, I will make the changes at this point for no additional charge.

Its important to remember these are fun keepsake pieces of art that will have a close, but not exact, resemblance to the photos. See the photo gallery for examples of my work and know that your Little Buddy will have the same amount of detail.

These figures are unique one-of-a-kind ART, and will have a close but not exact resemblance to the person. I'll do my best to make the figure to your liking, and want to make you as happy as possible, but unfortunately because of the time involved in making these custom figures, I'm not able to give refunds or returns. These figures are meant to be played with gently by adults.
